Unter - we'd love to see your van! Bring on the photos!
As Casper says - just go for it - start a new thread or even just start posting them here.
Monkeynut - bloody hell mate. Glad to hear you're out of hospital and on the mend.
All the best from Glasgow

Lot to be said for a nice sedate stroll mate. Well done on not being dead, heal well.

Windows are fine. No leak and i got both doors air tight. Where the rubber door seal meets the body i stuck this along so its seal to seal round the doors

The O/S one i took out the central locking and disconnected the door handle and sealed it up with silicon. Bloody silence behind my head. Now its almost watertight i can get the floor in and start the build properly. Yet to seal the O/S tail light 100% and the rear doors are yet to be swapped over and new (to me ) seal put in.

Think I might follow you on that D shape seal.....had a close look at both sliding door today and each has a little gap at seal at top just where miss match is (window height) although the only wind noise that we (think) hear is from roof vent and that's when cab windows are open a little.
Anyway a bit more air tight on door can't hurt and is bound to take up a little wear as we go along

Just make sure you stick it as close to the edge (where the door goes flat at the top) as possible. I had to do the top of my N/S again today as it let in a few drips. If you look at the link and the sellers other items he has a slightly wider one what i will be using along the top of the back doors.
