my rear lock doesn't work at all.
Almost all of my others are spinning but working. Makes me think I should just do them all before our trip in July..
is this easier than I imagine to just change the lot?
anyone any experience/spares?
I mainly don't understand If I can still use one key for everything if I change it all?

Funny i just took the back one out not half an hour ago. Three Nuts/bolts from the inside and you also need to take out the three on the side for the lock mechanism itself. Then shuffle hanle out dropping the lock at the same time until you can free the wires. Changing the barrel looks easy enough as i need to do that after i pain this door.

and when you change the barral do you need to use a different key?

I do anyway as the previous owner changed the worn locks. Ignition and fuel cap are one key and locks another. I am changing over the barrel as changing doors and the door on the van has a buggered handle so need to change the barrel.

What do I need to buy from ebay/spares place?
Just a barrel? or the whole mechanism?

Uncanny again. I am 10 mins from taking the barrel out the lock. You only need the barrels. This is doors only

Once lock is out all you do is press the pin at the side of the barrel what you can see in the ebay larger picture. Push in pin while pushing out barrel from the rear. Easy enough job

Sliding door is easy to get off. Two bolts and unhook the wire. Half an hour should see you with the back and sliding done. I did have the door card off but cant say i looked at the locks but as they are the same design at a guess i would say half an hour per side.
Look at the back side picture. You can see the hole on the side/bottom that i was on about where a spring clip holds the barrel in place. Push in and out with the barrel from the back. Easy.

sorry to wake up an old thread, I have the same issue with a Scudo, fitted some of these locks but each one has failed now, how did you get on with yours?
