I'm after a clutch and DM flywheel for my van. I've searched on eBay but most clutch and flywheel kits don't seem to fit my van even though it states it's for 2.0hdi.
I understand there is a slight change in the facelift models but what other model shares the same clutch flywheel?

Any advice on where can I get hold of a kit from?

Them check if this fits your vehicle things on ebay are crap. I have had this does not fit before using it for my convoy and it does. One was the DMF funny enough. You are better trying to find the part number and searching with that or even try eurocarparts as they have a up to 50% sale on just now

BTW my convoy DMF. There is a kit on offer to change to single mass. It worked out a lot cheaper changing it so single and a new three part clutch kit.

I have found loads of these sort of kits but they all say it don't fit my van. I was thinking of changing it to a solid flywheel but I've heard it makes the clutch hard aswel as alot of vibrations.

According to Euro car parts the code ML6C if your clutch and DMF. Contact the seller and ask for sure. How about doing the search this way but the results say 2014 Dispatch

As for vibration and hard clutch, no. My clutch is just as soft as before and vibration i cant say 100% as my DMF was past its last legs where you could feel the buggered springs jumping about when idling. I have a slight vibration now but nothing when taking up drive and driving. From what i understand the DMF was designed to take up vibration on larger engines. Mine is a 2.5. I think you may not notice on a 2lt TBH.

I had my Dispatch converted to solid mass flywheel a few years ago, thousands of miles since. Not much of a difference in feel from DMF, although take up can be just a bit more abrupt depending on your driving style.

Firemoth on here did the same with a Ford Galaxy. Much cheaper and did just fine
