Repair & Maintenance Manual for Expert 2002_HDi 16v 110bhp -DW10-ATED4

1) I have the above car and would be thankful if anyone could tell me where I could find a Repair & Maintenance Manual, which goes into depth of detail similar to Haynes Workshop Manuals do. (I already have the Peter Russek Pocket Mechanic in paperback version, but this is very basic and does not cover all items of the car).

2) Has anyone used the "2002 Peugeot Expert Service & Repair Manual" sold online by emanualonline.com for £20 ???

3) I cannot get any air (hot or cold) to blow at bottom of windscreen, nor thru the feet vent holes. The fan works OK as I can get full air blast thru the vents in the dashboard pointing at the face. Anyone had this trouble before ???

There is a surprising absence of a good manual for these vans.  I think you will find the best of them in the manuals section.  The eBay one I saw consisted of a badly  structured CO of random pages.  Mostly available in the manuals section here.

Your lack of blown heat is likely down to disconnected pipes either at the blower or behind the vents.  If you can get at them they should just push back on.

Tanx for your help.
I'll try to find a decent manual (which will come in v. useful for other maintenance/ repairs), and will correct the problem myself.
Peugeot dealership quoted £75 inspection fee + labour & parts to fix the fault, which is too expensive  for me.
