Somewhere About a gallon or two of water
It took a bit of time but I found a larger can to fit and modify
{Now about four or five gallon}
Typically I was acctualy looking for a grey water tank to replace the one that rotted out under van when I found this one.........

As you can see Just drilled and fitted a quickrelease garden hose type fitting ...........
And the extra 6ltrs of water bottles (Still Present) telling you of the increase needs.........
Just for the amount of Cuppas and required washing we go through........
{The joys of no worries with a mains supply}

Dropped the new water pipe in and roughly measured length required with pump on end while resting on bottom...........
I then drilled a hole in handle and fed the pump wiring through and also cut to a suitable length ............ Then on assembly I used some of that heat shrink stuff on cabling to tidy up wires and assit the quick connector and at handle so cable didn't easily fall/slide into can as the hole is ever so slightly larger and cable is a loose fit ............
This helps allow air in as water comes out
Had this in for a good few weeks while ironing out some teething issues......... Some Fitment But Mostly leaking at quick release.........
Along with tightening plastic joints as much as I dare Iv'e just used some silicon sealent around the outside of the grommet type rubber seal there and so far touch wood all's well
{I dear say some use and flexing will tell a tail}

Very nice.
Regarding the connector, I simply passed the hose with grommet through the tank, and stick a male quick release into the end of the hose.

Looks good, that's a really nice looking kitchenette with storage for the less oft used items. Tidy too!
I see you've decided to block off one of the doors. I keep thinking about doing that myself but I very occasionally make use of it.

I like the QR hose ideas. Especially as I use 2 separate carriers to fit available space and swap as they empty.
vaz ... hope you don't think me too pedantic but I was wondering about access to your fire extinguisher.
Just today I mounted my own extinguisher to the side of a unit in the same door way as you. As I tested that it didn't snag the door, I noticed that it might be difficult to get at from inside the van, and the keys may not always be instantly accessible in an emergency. I do realise that in the majority of cases, with a fire requiring an extinguisher, the best thing is to get out. But I can think of many situations when that might not be so easy.
As it happens my own unit doesn't cover all the doorway and the extinguisher bracket is only held by 2 10mm screws into chipboard. It would easily pull away forward if needed.

In all Honesty I bought the van already converted ..........
I'm led to believe by professional convertors .......But certainly when new or almost........
With the LTD history I have on build and some of the literature that Ive got and products used..... but was it a kit Supplied built option as I've never seen/nor come across another (In this chassis or any other)
I've stuck with lay out ......
But added several extra 12v power points Inc USB ones along with a GPS Tracker, (So Family can see where) modified Aero Roof bars, fitted a box, Mifi and Dash Cam off top of my head..........
Other than that maintenance and repair {On going} as we've gone along........
I asked previous owner what he'd been up to as He'd managed to do 42,000 miles in his ownership of two years but bought it at 7 or 8 yrs old with 30,000mls..........
The give away was the Rhino roof bars it came with for carrying the canoes to the competitions
I'd decided I was looking for a Van to Self convert after so many disappointments at looking at (what was scary) expensive so-called campers ..... (Sods Law) This popped up when I was looking for something else ....Looked at it.....Made offer waited couple days and collected it.......
Had usual whistling leaky slide door and an Awning rail needing replaced
What have you done to your vans stance...... (It looks like Modified steel wheels and tyres.... Banded?)

If you notice behind extinguisher is I think an aerosol contact cleaner can in what's the botom holder thingy for a table leg......... there was an extiguisher located on oposite corner to that but I knocked it off its mounting stuffing a can of oil or something behind seat and then decided to get that one which is slightly larger I think......
It could do with making a return.........
In my lazyness I stuck it there behind the bungy cord stuff as I never really gave much thought where to put it and it's not even mounted there properly.........

I Take it that's pretty much a double ended male QR joiner...........
I like that idea ....... Need to keep it in mind.........
I'd used the fitments I'd (Started too) amassed for and thinking I'd need for a grey tank replacement.........

It's a 13mm barb into the hose with a QR joiner. It's not part of the standard garden hose type fitments, but is used in irrigation sytems made by Antelco or Hydrosure. A search for 13mm snap on joiner will bring up some options,
