EGR pipe

Has anybody ever had trouble with the metal EGR pipe that goes to the exhaust manifold? Mines come completely away from the manifold end and I'm wondering if there is a easy way of sorting this as access is very restricted. At the moment I have the plastic inlet manifold off as the glow plugs need changing but access is still tight.

Re: EGR pipe

Never had to look at it before. Is it not the same clamp/clip that is holding the other end on?

Re: EGR pipe

Its bolted to the top of the exhaust manifold with a couple of bolts (which will almost certainly break off..), the other end is held by one of those crimp type clamps. I am not sure if I need to be tackling  this from underneath or from above.
