Oil pressure at idle !

Hi guys,

I've got a part converted trusty old expert 1.9d , recently changed the oil and filter , fixed the rocker gasket top and bottom and felt relief ..

That was last weekend ..a couple days ago the oil pressure light was flickering on , checked oil level now it's fine ..

I'm thinking either oil pump failing or I did remove the pressure valve to the egr and bridged the wires ,would this cause oil pressure problems ? There's no major leaks either ,

Any advice appreciated,

I've also fitted Peugeot 807 seats , lined the inside out etc

Change the sender  before worrying about the engine.
