Citroen Dispatch 2008 1.6hdi

Looking for advice on the following. I'm trying to locate a drivers seat for my van that has an arm rest. Searched the web etc but can't seem to locate a source. Grateful for any ideas or advice on any other seat (with arm rest) that might fit the van.

I have a drivers seat that's out of my 2014 dispatch, the fabric is black-grey and in good condition although the foam has gone lumpy-weak on the edge where you slide in and out, its perfectly servicable The van had covered around 90k

Hi, typically expert, scudo, 806, 807, C8 dispatch seats (with base) are interchangeable - however they seem to be hard to get these days.
In my 2015 Expert I opted to fit the armrests myself. The socket appeared to be 8957JL for the drivers side, however when I got it, it did not fit - so I had to open out the hole, and cut slots to allow the socket to get in. The armrests are used in several Citroen cars, however there are 2 types - single bayonet or 2 prong - this socket is for the single bayonet. The pics show the passenger seat which used the white socket - the drivers seat uses the black.

Thanks for the info. Much appreciated. Where did you source the arm rest(s) from?  I tried a few after market suppliers on the web but every time I got the same message that they did not fit the Dispatch.

Thanks again

Thanks again

I got them from eBay
One from someone breaking a 2003 Citroen C5 (£25) and the other listed as CITROEN C5 MK I & II ARMREST (£40)

The part numbers I had searched on were 8969, 8830 and C5, C6, C8 - but check that its the single bayonet type

Note how to remove the armrest
Move it to the upright position, push the armrest into the seat frame, then you should be able to push the armrest past the upright position, to the rear of the car, for another 25deg, and the armrest should pop out.

When I searched for the socket, the only part that I came up with was 8957JL, however this may be just for combi middle seats, with a different part for the front seats. Hence having to cut the frame to fit. So maybe this is why people will say that it will not fit (since it's not actually the right part)
