Citroen Jumpy keeps loosing power

Hi,
Please can anyone help?
I have a Citroen Jumpy 2011 and it keeps loosing all power. We come back to the van and all power has gone - cant start the van, no power to the screen, locks etc. We have to disconnect the battery, re-connect and leave it 5 minutes then we can re-start it.
Feels like an immobiliser problem?
Has anyone one experienced this?
How can we stop this from happening?
Thanks

Although not au fait in the complexities of the later gen vans.............

Your description sounds like an issue with the body control module (BCM)................
I do believe there is a process available to reset it {probably on google ETC}............

Re: Citroen Jumpy keeps loosing power

Sorry body control for a PSA vehicle at least will be listed as BSI
