6MM O/D so 3 - 3.2 sound about right then. I bought some also but snipping the ends cured my leak. Went to find it to measure and cant find the stuff. That will bug me now till i find it.

I'm so bummed Citroen cut off our access to ServiceBox to find these things out
That said, this agrees with 3mm ID if "3x7" is anything to go by

I think 4mm. If wet the rubber under the breaded bit may be split. If you have enough to play with try cutting 4/5mm off the end and pop back on
End up doing your Idea, I cut off 1cm and pop in back in to injector, it isn't stretch to much so should be good. No leaks
Thx again

Wonder if you can help me with this one:
Got loose on steering wheel when moving left\right there is a knock knock sound, additionaly at 65/70mph steering wheel is shaking.
Today I level up the van and notice damaged lower ball joint rubber.
There is no knocking sound when driving on uneven surface, only when van is stationary. Any Ideas?

hmm that bottom boot does need replacing. though if you need it to go through an MOT because you have the parts coming through the post late (!), you can be naughty and wrap it with a bit of duct tape so the tester cant see it and it will still pass. this also applies for all things rubber under a car... given they have no excessive movement.
yeah my steering clunks a little if i wiggle the steering wheel when stationary. it may be play in the steering rack but the MOT did not pick it up.. and i asked them to be really strict with it.
the shaking wheel at speed will be because the wheels are not balanced. a balancing weight may have come off. you can live with it tiill the tyres need replacing or just get the wheels balanced at any tire changing place.
hope this helps..

Am I right that this lower ball joint comes with wishbone only? Can't find ball joint only.
One front tyre does need replacing.
