Lower suspension arm & inner tie rod replacment

Hi,
I stuck on putting things back in my Dispatch 1.9D 2002
so Far I've managed to remove and replace inner tie rod, but I can't put back the lower suspension arm in to place, any Ideas?

Haven't done it myself but apparently its a pain of a job. 
Careful appliction of brute force seems to be the way.

yes, they are a nightmare on your own. bolt it onto the subframe, get yourself a really long crow bar thread it into the wishbone at the side and get a friend to stand on the end og the crowbar to bend it down. once its down move everything into place the slowly allow it to return. be careful, you can very easy damage the bottom ball joint dust cover if you dont get it lined up right.

i totally stripped my dispatch front end down and rebuilt it with new parts.. well all but the strut tops that sound bad while turning now.. sigh. oh well need to replace the gearbox oil sel that side anyway.

Thanks for advice. I've managed to fit new lower arm. I believe I found easiest way of doing it as tooks me 3 min to secure lower arm and bottom ball joint in place. I attached photos the BAR I've used is from screfix really handy. No risk to damage any rubber parts as it doesn't slip. I've attached a photos, the bar goes through the hole in wishbone and leverage on a subframe.
Next week I am going to replace other site then upload more photos.

I remember doing this and what an absolute faff it was, I bent so many bars tryng to prise stuff in etc etc, then eventually figured out a way to do it with the bolts being in but slightly loose etc etc, lol, glad that was maybe 2 years ago now and the arms/bj's etc are still OK, not looking forward to the next change... just awkward lol.
