Hi Can anyone recommend a garage in Birmingham that can replace the cam belt on my dispatch as I am getting some silly prices

Can't help with garage, because I'm not local. If you don't get any better suggestions, maybe worth trying someone on the Good Garage Scheme. Not fool proof, but better than just going through the Yellow Pages and taking a chance.

The best one so far £450 which I think is high I am happy to pay a fair price
The quotes are using a gates kit
So I will keep trying to get a lower price

hot damn. £450 is insane money. its not even a hard job! think i paid £58 for my Gates timing belt kit from Ebay. OK i fit it myself but really even to someone who has never fitted one before its a few hours job! i never even locked any pulleys as it was such an easy change.
