Hi,
I had a quick look at the front when I were about to go for the yearly inspection. The oilpan was very rusty. While cleaning the rust crusts it started leaking. For this 1.6 petrol engine you can't find an exchange part. So I had to let off the oil, cleaned and de-greased the pan thoroughly and brushed the pan with 'innovative' polymer Waterproof Seal.
Time will tell but I don't see why this would not survive the rest of the car, when done properly.
The petrol engine is rare in Europe as well. And it's not too powerful at 60 HP. But I'm not in a hurry on a slope. I bought my car with the lpg tank in place of the spare wheel (that's why I always drive with TPMS). The lpg can also be used for interior heating.
Seat conversion is not easy, the 306 seats having rails far apart. On the off side I have fitted the seat on a pivot plate construction of plywood. Not so fancy as the ones you buy at > 200 Euros but sturdy pivoting around M16 bolt/nut and large washers. I could make some pictures if you're interested.
Diagbox is indeed very, very slow. I had one nice working but then I didn't hear any more switching of the relay and had another. Indeed the least you'd expect is proper reset of faults. That's why BT/Torque Pro does not fit.

Nice to see you're alive and kicking. Yes, you have to be a bit mad to drive such a car. But the design is good quality, although hard to convert because of all bent lines. @Kenbw2: yes, sort of twins. Congrats. The side windows have been glued like windscreens nowadays, which is a nice feature. I bought it in "21 with that and the elevating roof. But yours has a front bumper I would have liked to have.
@RegW: mine has a petrol engine (Fiat 2202000) on LPG, so not comparable. It took me long to discover it has a CPH. And I had some trouble with Diagbox device not communicating with ECU.
I've had two experiences with ECU repairs at ECU.de. One was refreshing software on a Opel Combo C ECU at 110 Euros. And than 2 ECU's (Bosch MA 1.7) for the Dispatch: overall function checking and killing Immobilizer at 230 Euro each. I can recommend them.
Nevertheless the first effort to start the motor after more than a year was disappointing. It appeared there was (also) a defect in the double relay (fuel pump and positive to ECU). After bridging the double relay I first checked the now returned communication with the ECU.
Now it's up and running again the first test drive made me enthusiastic anew.
I planned to sell it because I bought a Opel Combo C CNG with low mileage (145k iso. 325k). But I like the Dis more. The steering oil power iso. electric power and the seating (from Peugeot 306 cabrio iso. Opel) are quite better on the Citroen. I might covert the Dis to CNG... Important: I only drive on Biomethane (from animal dung or such) to reduce my CO2 footprint to comparable to an all electric vehicle.
Bio CNG is even less available than LPG. How is this in UK?

There is some(one)body there. This was/is a nice site with technique and human interest. But the light is getting dimmer.
My Jumpy sat without one ignition for more than a year. I have replaced some parts, got 2(!) ECU's checked and theft control disabled and still not any ignition. Yet another analysis of the electrical system. I bridged the left part of the double relay and at last the engine came to life. Perhaps a combination of theft control and the double relay having faults.
But than again, not of any interest to somebody driving HDI.

I have 3 x 130 W flexible panels bolted to another with M3 screws. I will change the MC4 connector (and wire overlength) to big Faston connectors in shrink sleeve to tidy up.
In my opinion the roadworks heaven is way south, Belgium and Luxembourg (autoroute du soleil). We now have a nice two stories tunnel for those not wanting to visit the old city. Which I can recommend, it's comparable with fi. York. If you are planning, let me know. If I'm free ans not in France I'll be glad to give seeing.
Meanwhile I'm about to mount my camper table 2nd generation. I'll be posting some pictures.
Getting old needs counting your blesses, they tend to get rare. As does driving the van. Nevertheless I enjoy every instance when I drive it: you don't feel the rolling (on a good tarmac of course). I have swapped to seats originating from a Peugeot 306 cabriolet. They are a real progression over the Jaguar seats I found the van with. The seating is lower, the side support is better and I can bent the back side over when the off-side seat is reversed.

The lock of the RH door (Jumpy 2000) has a loose spring in it. I can't find out how to fit it. Maybe someone could provide me with another one. Thanks a lot

Take your time with furnituring your new project. Drilling holes in your own flesh is - apart from the beer drinking while others work - not very practical. Although I do not succeed always, I try to work slow. It's more rewarding, and even faster...
I saw you have modeled the former van (scudo, jumpy). I have had a try to do so as well. But what an effort it takes to model all these bend surfaces. Although I am beyond modeling I would be keen to look into your model.

I use a 10 liter shower sac on the roof of the van, combined with a 'bus tent'.
I wanted lower rev's (and perhaps fuel consumption) and comfort. I could lay hands on 4 Alfa rims for only 55 Euro. And fitted 185 80 R15. It's a snug fit and comfortable indeed. Speedometer is some 3 km/h pessimistic.
I should introduce myself. I bought this blue Jumpy nearly a year ago, passed MOT the other day with only a rear brake cylinder piston which was stuck. Year 2000, 295 kkm, 1.6 l rare petrol engine (it's a Fiat engine) with Bosch mono point injection. I live in Maastricht and in France, 1 week per month. I am busy with a camper conversion (I bought it with camper license already). And an LPG disk tank underfloor.

I succeeded in uploading an image. The Img tick box does not refer to any upload...
If this arrangement is 'by design' the designer must have been covering up another fault. A mole grip is a necessary tool in your box, but I would grind a (cheap) 18 spanner until it would fit.
