Start with the cheapest. Replace fluid reservoir cap.

In the 90s I had Ford Transit - version for Finland. It had two washer pump also. Bigger for the front lamp, both worked at one time. I disconnected for a few months this one on the lamps. Thick tube, efficient pump, every time working with the sprinkler front glass.
Buy the reservoir with one pump and forget about the problem.

Glow plug warms up still after click relay. Like a heater.
If you are going to replace them, start pouring them some rust remover now. It's easy to tear it.

Jumpy is too narrow for rotation double seat. But about 25 years ago I had in Ducato two person seat. It had special hinge, he was falling over seat on the backrest. Base was stabile, upper part movable. Something like REIMO system in 90'. All construction DIY. Maybe this is the way of your search?

It is important. 16v has two camshafts and timing chain inside. Next replacement part.
