Hi all, anyone can share a link to the MK2 2.0 HDI service schedule. Trying to find the filter (Air/Cabin/Fule) change interval
Oil filter gets changed just before MOT, but wondering about Fule/Air filters especially given low miles (less than 5k annually)
Usually for fuel it is normally every two years on other cars I have had and air /cabin filter has been visual inspection to determine if it needs to (blow both air/cabin with compressed air on each inspection)
I am after the "official" schedule of service according to PSA
TIA

Hi all, incase a forum member experienced same issue previously, Dispatch MK2 indicator bulb works intermittently but only on one side the RHS. Strangely it works for a couple of minutes from cold start then goes off so not the bulb then. Indicators and hazard work ok just the flasher on the instrument panel. TIA

Hi all, has anyone had experience of P codes P1499 and P2566

There is no issues or warnings when driving but having cleared the codes they have come back

Both codes are tagged as status intermittent

P1499: Position incorrect (too open) (after sales)
P2566: Excessive drift on the last initialisation of the upper or lower limit

TIA

Thanks all for your feedback @tee_cee the question I posed was if it can be used on a Combi (windowed) fully recognise it is the same platform except has windows all around but I was not sure if there would be any issues from an insurance or any other for fitting commercial (16C) tyres on a non-commercial version of the same thing TIA

Anyone who has mastered the trick of how to remove the oil filter on MK2 cares to share the secret. Found a clip on youtube where the guy used a universal joint but must have removed a few bits to my mind to be able to use UJ on a socket. To my mind this is a service item so access must be paramount. The only thing I can think of is a short spanner but those don’t come in 27mm sizes any help and advice is gratefully appreciated

I thought the air filter on a 1.6 HDI was designed as an afterthought until I discovered the oil filter housing on a 2.0

Thanks @kenbw2 looking like not as simple given the electromechanical design of these, waiting for the PS fluid to arrive and will try to remember to take photos when I come to do it and post an update

Hi all, after for some advice from any forum members who have performed power steering flush on a mark 2. Looking at youtube and other sources the general advice is to disconnect the low pressure pipe and whist feeding the reservoir turn the steering wheel to flush out the old fluid. In looking at the Mark 2 power steering reservoir there is only one pipe from the bottom which I am assuming is the high pressure pipe unless I am wrong

Also what do everyone use for the power steering fluid, looking at Opie/EuroCarParts/GSF they all recommend Febi 06161 which is green, where I understand this is mineral based so not recommended by PSA, the actual PSA fluid appears to be the red stuff part number 1615099680. Looking at Total there appears to be “Fluide LDS” and “Fluide DA” which I can’t as to the difference.
Any help and advice gratefully appreciated

Anyone know what the rubber hose at the back of the cabin filter housing assembly does and where does it go on 2.0 HDI. This is the rubber pipe that has a rubber flap and a rubber hook. Recognise there is a rubber drain hose at the front that clips to the front.

Looked at a few videos on youtube and every one neither showed it or addressed it

TIA

After some advice off a forum member who has previously removed the trim panel from the tailgate. Essentially the trim panel on my Jumpy has missing trim clips which flaps when driven making an awful noise

In removing to investigate the issue, the panel is mounted in to nylon grommets however the two on the RHS (top and bottom) is a 20mm round hole rather than the elliptical hole to allow for nylon nut to fit

My question is how is the elliptical nylon nut is fitted to tailgate on the right handside, strangely the LHS has the correct shape stamped holes
