Not sure if my Maxus takes Veg Oil. I should look into that as its the work van what i use most. Pump is a simple Bosch thing what i think would be OK. Might try when the summer kicks in as i have a spare pump.

Not convinced myself TBH. Its taking traffic away from the forum what i would think is crap for Tiree. I have enjoyed this forum over the years and now i once again find myself without a Expert/scudo/dispatch but still pop in now and then. Be kind of crap if you are all posting on some little dark corner of the net somewhere. Probably once the forum software is upgraded then PM will be available so sharing your dogging spots in private will be a lot easier

Before being diagnosed a Coeliac i only had Aldi style stores, McDonalds and garages enables on my POI's when doing Europe. Always handy for cheap booz and food and a quick bite when on the road    Went to France once before Sat Nav days. First stop off the ferry was fuel and a McDonalds who gave us a map of France listing all the drive through's. We used that to tour the coast and border over two weeks. 

Must say. The only time my iGO software went tits up was when i had my Dispatch. I used a route plotting software before i went on Holiday and plotted a route down the Mosel Germany. You need to be carful to put your waypoints on the right side of the road and zoom in to make sure you are on the right road when in larger towns. I ended up in back streets what i would have been stuck had i been in a larger motor. From then on i always put in my vans dimensions and bin the route plotting software. One other mistake what TBH was not my fault was , My sat nav reset itself and default was shortest route. That is a mistake as you need it on quickest as i found out when in south Wales. Bloody thing had me heading north through wales when going home rather than east for the M5 what would have saved me a good two hours on my trip home. (Had i noticed sooner)

There is a Facebook page for folk to share sites that are under a tenner. Nice idea but the owners turn off chat what is a tad crap as i would like to know what is around the area, public transport into a town and the likes.

Rust-Oleum combi colour is a cracking paint of you are painting your van. It will brush or roller on. 5lt is plenty for a jumbo size van.

I was lucky to find a single on ebay for little money. I also got won a couple of plates cheap. Shame material never matched but you dont notice when your arse is on the seat One think to remember if you are tall a swivel plate will add a good 3cm to your height. I ended up taking away the sun visor for more distance vision.

Late when i moved to a larger van i bought to corsa seats and made my own base. There is a company out there called Jennings who make swivel plates. The did two small ones for £130 what was not bad but you need to drill your own mount holes and if drilling through the floor and using the seats own clasps for the belts you will need load spreading plates to keep the MOT man happy

I have a Volvo V50 here what was always conking out or not starting when worm/hot. OBD was telling me fuel pressure as obviously it was not getting much. Lots of head scratching what had me thinking one night about sensors and what one will kill and engine. Crank case sensor. My thought was the rest would make it run like crap rather than kill it. Out i went for a drive till it died and a bottle of cold water splashed over sensor it started. 30 quid later the Volvo has been great since. Not saying this is your issue but low fuel pressure reading can mean something else.

And a Makita copy what is alleged 540Nm. As long as they do my Convoy wheel nuts then i am happy. They are meant to be 190Nm but the N/S is a reverse thread what seems to tighten itself. Anyway cheap cap from China is doing a job. So far the Makita has took off all nuts asked apart from the ones my mate put on with his genuine Milwaukee rattle gun.

On my Maxus i put it over the door but due to the angle of roof to door top i cant have it showing straight down but as soon as object (Neighbours car) appears to his the bottom of the screen i know i have a foot to play with. Camera takes a live feed from reverse light so it only works when in reverse. Also screen takes live from ignition live.
